shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • All our products are shipped via Australia Post.

  • We offer both standard and express post options.

    • $12.95​ - Standard Post - 5kg max

    • $16.95 - Express Post - 5kg max

  • Due to the perishable nature of our Chocolate Apples they will always be shipped via Express Post to avoid long times in transit.​

  • Online orders will only be shipped Monday - Wednesday to avoid products being held in a depot or LPO over a weekend.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us create your order as our Chocolate Apples and other products are made fresh weekly and stock levels can vary.

  • If you require an order on short notice, please contact us via email or fill out the contact form to avoid missing out.

  • During the warmer months, The Chocolate Apple Factory will send ALL products via express post to avoid items melting.

  • During times of extreme heat we reserve the right to delay shipping until safe to do so to avoid products melting. Customers will be notified of all and any delays to orders and refunds can be given should the customer request to cancel the order in these circumstances.


Interstate Shippping

Unfortunately not all items can be shipped to all states.

Please note that due to state bio-security laws regarding fresh fruit, we cannot send our Chocolate Apples to the following states:

  • Western Australia

  • South Australia

  • Tasmania

  • Northern Territory

All our other products can be sent Australia wide.


Returns & Refunds

  • The Chocolate Apple Factory cannot exchange or refund goods due to the perishable nature of our products, so please order carefully. Refunds will not be given for a change of mind. ​

  • If an item gets damaged in transit, Australia Post may provide compensation for damaged the goods. You can take the damaged goods to your nearest Australia Post Outlet and request a damage report be filled out. Please follow this link for more information.

  • Up to $100 may be claimed.

  • We, as the sender, are unable to request a damage report through Australia Post on your behalf.

  • All appropriate care is taken when packing your order.
